Key policies

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Maximum occupancy is the limit shown for the selected camper and confirmed reservation.
• All destinations require advance approval.
• No smoking or vaping inside the camper.
• Pets require approval and may not be left unattended.
• The camper may not be moved, towed or relocated by the guest.
• Guests must maintain reasonable cleanliness during the stay.
• Final cleaning, sanitation and linen laundering are handled by Sweet Cherry Adventures.
• Camper-ready times are estimates based on campground check-in, registration, site access and the time required for safe delivery and setup.
• Camper checkout is normally by 11:00 AM and may be earlier when campground departure rules require additional retrieval time.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival date receive a refund of refundable reservation charges less a 5% processing and administrative charge. Cancellations 7–13 days before the scheduled arrival date receive a 50% refund of refundable rental charges. Cancellations fewer than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are nonrefundable as to rental charges. The refundable security deposit and charges for optional services that were not provided are refunded.

Agreement

The complete Sweet Cherry Adventures Rental Agreement is reviewed and electronically signed as part of the reservation request before payment authorization and identity verification. It becomes effective only if Sweet Cherry Adventures approves and confirms the reservation. The signed agreement controls if it differs from this summary.
