Sweet Cherry Adventures, LLC uses personal information to provide camper rentals, deliver and retrieve the camper, process payments, verify rental requirements, support guests and improve the website.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, campground and campsite information, travel dates, guest and pet counts, selected add-ons, messages, signed agreement records, identity and insurance documents, payment references, delivery details, support requests and post-stay feedback.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Sweet Cherry Adventures does not store complete payment-card numbers. We retain payment identifiers, amounts, status, refunds and related accounting information needed to manage the reservation.
Identity, insurance and rental documents
Documents submitted through the guest portal are stored privately and are made available only through time-limited access links for authorized review. We use these records to confirm rental eligibility, administer the agreement and respond to claims or disputes.
Website and analytics information
The website records anonymous session and booking-funnel events, such as pages visited, quote activity, traffic source and checkout completion. This first-party reporting does not store renter names, email addresses or phone numbers. Optional third-party analytics may be enabled in the future and will be identified in this policy when used.
Communications
We use email for reservation confirmations, requirement reminders, delivery updates, support and post-stay follow-up. Text messages are sent only when a guest provides the requested consent. Guests may reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
Service providers
We use vendors that help operate the rental platform, including hosting, database and file storage, payments, mapping and route calculation, email delivery and, when enabled, text-message delivery. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.
How information is used

Retention and deletion
Reservation, payment, agreement, inspection and transaction records may be retained as reasonably necessary for accounting, tax, insurance, legal and dispute-resolution purposes. Unneeded uploaded documents and operational records may be deleted according to the company retention schedule. A customer may contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained when required for a legitimate business or legal purpose.
Security
We use private file storage, access controls, encrypted network connections, audit records and restricted administrative routes. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so guests should contact us promptly if they believe their reservation information has been compromised.
